Mundo Pastry started as a way to close the gap between South Florida's pastry and hospitality scene and the specialty ingredients Italian creams, Belgian couverture, precision silicone moulds that most distributors treat as an afterthought.

Today we stock and ship six specialty brands — including Domori, the Italian fine-chocolate house — from a single warehouse in Medley, FL, so chefs across the country can order the same ingredients they'd otherwise have to import case by case.
